Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program for Professional Leaders of Volunteers
Overview
As a member of Volunteering WA, you understand the value of lifelong learning and professional development. Endorsed by Volunteering Australia, the volunteer management CPD Program has been developed for volunteer leaders. Its aim is to recognise their work and raise awareness of volunteer leadership across WA.
Who's it for?
This voluntary program is exclusive to Volunteering WA members* (conditions apply).
How it works
Participants are required to accumulate a minimum of 16 points in 12 months. These points can be attained through a combination of professional development opportunities:
- professional development, events and services offered by Volunteering WA and other peak bodies
- Professional development of your organisation
- Reading relevant industry articles/newsletters
- Mentoring colleagues/members in volunteer management
- Reflective practice
- undertake training with CPD endorsed organisations

Cost:
Free registration until 30 June 2024. From 1 July 2024, enrolment for the program is $50+ GST per annum.
