Work Health and Safety Act - Transitional Resources

In November 2020, the Governor of Western Australia assented to the new Work Health and Safety Act 2020.

Once the Work Health and Safety Regulations are finalised (expected to occur in late 2021) the Western Australian Act will come into force. This means Western Australia will have also harmonised their legislation with the rest of the states and territories, except for Victoria.
