Thank a Volunteer Day Certificate template

The Department of Communities(DoCs) invites you to access the Certificate of Recognition template to award to your volunteers on International Volunteer Day 2022 (5 December). The certificate is signed by the Minister for Volunteering, the Hon Stephen Dawson MLC, and recognises the valuable contribution volunteers make to the community.

You can modify the template to enter your volunteer’s name, including organisation details, and print the certificate for presentation. Please note that the 2022 Certificate of Recognition Template will distributed from Monday 31 October and will not be available after 5 December 2022.
 
This year Communities is intending to increase acknowledgement for individual volunteers, therefore organisations may be asked to maintain a register of issued certificates. 

To request the template and password, simply email DoCs via email volunteering@communities.wa.gov.au. The Certificate will then be sent to requesting organisations via email commencing Monday 31 October 2022.
