National Volunteer Week Grants and WA Volunteer of the Year Awards Nominations - closing soon
01/03/2019
Recognise and celebrate your volunteers with Lotterywest Grants (up to $1000)
Volunteering WA, with thanks to ongoing support from Lotterywest, is offering volunteer involving organisations around the State a fantastic opportunity to apply for a grant of up to $1000 to organise an event which recognises and thanks volunteers during National Volunteer Week which will be held on 20-26 May 2019.
In previous years, organisations have acknowledged the wonderful work their volunteers do by events such as team building days; hiring a motivational guest speaker to visit the office; treating the volunteers to lunch, dinner or even taking them out for a movie night.
Volunteering WA looks forward to receiving submissions online https://volunteeringwa.org.au/nvw by Sunday 10 March 2019.

The event is presented by Volunteering WA and last year’s 8 category winners not only gained recognition for their own outstanding volunteering efforts but also for the organisations in which they volunteer.
The winners will be announced at a beautiful Gala Dinner at Crown Perth on Wednesday 22 May during National Volunteer Week.
