Formal Notice - Volunteering WA AGM 2021
The formal notice was emailed to members on 21 September 2021.
Volunteering WA [Volunteer Centre of WA Inc.] gives notice of its online Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 20 October 2021 at 3.00pm. We would be delighted if you could join us as we extend a warm welcome to all our members and representatives from the volunteer sector, State and local Government, partners and corporate supporters, volunteers and members of the community to join us for the meeting.
Registrations are essential - Please RSVP by Wednesday 13 October through the Volunteering WA website
You will be sent the online meeting details in advance – please confirm if you will be attending online or in person.

- Proxy form for Members unable to attend the Annual General meeting. If you cannot attend please complete and return the proxy form to Alana@volunteeringwa.org.au
- A copy of the current constitution – October 2019 – is available on request.
Nominations
Nominations for the Volunteering WA Board of Directors are now open and any nominations must be received by 5pm Wednesday 6 October 2021. A nomination form is available on request.
Board members whose Board positions are eligible for election will nominate for re-election.
