Focus groups to help shape Australia's largest volunteering database

After the announcement that Volunteering WA has been awarded a substantial grant from the Woodside COVID-19 Community Fund to fully overhaul their volunteering IT platforms, they have launched focus groups to allow Volunteer Involving Organisations (VIOs) and Volunteer Resource Centres (VRCs) to have their say.
What do you need from a volunteer recruitment and management system?
VIOs and VRCs are invited to take part in one of the upcoming focus groups to share their thoughts on the above question. As technology is a key component of volunteer management, we are keen to hear what features would be useful to you in an online volunteering database/platform.
