Closing soon - 2017 WA Volunteer of the Year Awards nominations
07/03/2017
Volunteers are the backbone of communities in cities and towns around our state, contributing $39 billion to WA’s economy each year. Without the support of volunteers many of our community services and programs could not operate.
Now is the time to recognise these organisations or individuals who go above and beyond in their service to our community, generously giving their time and dedication to making our communities better places to live.
The prestigious WA Volunteer of the Year Awards exist to recognise these outstanding contributions and publically acknowledge these remarkable people and organisations.
Volunteering WA invite nominations of a special individual or organisation you feel is worthy of recognition through a 2017 WA Volunteer of the Year Award.
The eight Award categories are: WA Volunteer of the Year, WA Youth Volunteer of the Year, WA Lifetime Contribution to Volunteering, WA Excellence in Volunteer Management, WA Corporate Volunteer of the Year, WA Community Volunteer Organisation of the Year, WA Volunteer for Multicultural Communities and WA People’s Choice ‘Spirit of Volunteering’.
