An Introduction and Overview of the Refreshed National Standards
The National Standards for Volunteer Involvement are a best practice framework to guide volunteer involvement.
They are designed for organisations that strive for best practice and who offer simple, practical actions that can apply to a broad range of volunteering scenarios.
This information session will explore:
- The refreshed eight National Standards and the purpose behind adopting them
- The benefits of implementing them into your workplace
- How to align the standards to your volunteer management program
- Resources and the next step in implementing the Volunteer National Standards
Suitability: This workshop is available for all Volunteer leaders, new or experienced who have completed: An Introduction and Overview of the Refreshed Volunteer National Standards
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points: Up to 0.5 CPD point is awarded for attending this online session.
