Workshop 5: Inclusion Ready
Prerequisite for participating in this session is to complete the online microlearning session: Becoming an Inclusive Volunteer Involving Organisation (VIO) - the link will be sent to you separate to registration.

In this two-hour session, you will have the opportunity to:
• Ask the panel questions
• hear from people with lived experience who will share their volunteer experiences and insights
• learn strategies to counter resistance and promote inclusive volunteer practices – see Session 1
• chat about discussions on program learnings and how to implement actions into a VIO.
• Ask about the use of plain language

Suitability: For all Volunteer Involving Organisations and their employees.
