Learn how to say no without causing offence. Often stress in the workplace is caused by the inability to say no, resulting in overwhelm and overload. In this workshop you will discover key factors in saying no co-operatively enabling ongoing productive work relations.

During this workshop you will:

  • Understand the importance of boundaries in professional relationships
  • Define the criteria for effective boundaries
  • Steps to set effective boundaries
  • What to do to maintain boundaries and still feel great about yourself
