*Free* Building a Volunteer Engagement Plan Workshop

Did you know that Volunteer Involving Organisations (VIOs) who have an innovative, inclusive and flexible Volunteer Engagement Plan frequently meet the needs and expectations of the modern volunteer.

This free workshop will look at how to write a Volunteer Engagement Plan using the Volunteer Engagement Lifecycle which will support you and your VIO in attracting, recruiting and supporting new and existing volunteers.

We will also identify systems and processes needed to run an effective volunteer management program and how to work with volunteers using best practice in line with the Volunteer National Standards.

Suitability: For all Metro and Regional VIOs

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points: Up to 0.5 CPD point is awarded for attending this network session
