This free workshop is one of two invaluable sessions with Recruiting the Right Volunteers your Volunteer Involving Organisation (VIO) being the 2nd in the series.

When was the last time you reviewed your approach to attracting and keeping volunteers? 

Becoming an employer of choice is not limited to paid workers.  Effective recruitment and retention of volunteers is similarly important for your volunteer program’s productivity, stability and team culture, and it also helps to keep costs down.

This session examine a holistic concept of engagement as it’s important to ensure your program keeps the volunteers you recruit. 

Recruiting the Right Volunteers for your VIO Volunteers looks at common recruitment issues and volunteer pathways for your organisation as well as how to make your roles more appealing to attract the right volunteers and what supports and sabotages your recruitment efforts.
