As the Peak Body for volunteering in Western Australia and the custodian for the National Standards for Involving Volunteers in Not-For-Profit Organisations, VWA actively works with key people in member organisations to help them establish and sustain successful and rewarding volunteer management programs. The modern operating environment raises significant challenges as organisations increasingly rely on volunteers to help achieve program outcomes and service delivery.
