  • $1000 initial installation fee + $350 per annum (inc. upgrades and support)

Consultancy service:

Volunteering WA’s expert management and staff are available to visit organisations on a direct hourly consultation basis.

Rates range from $75 - $150 per hour inc. GST dependent upon consultant required.

Those previously mentioned and other customised courses can be delivered at a time suitable to your organisation’s needs and off-site for the following fees:

  • For community organisations: $660 inc. GST
  • For corporate/government sector: $120 inc. GST per attendee

Guest Speaking:

Volunteering WA’s management and staff bear valuable expertise in fields as varied as strategic networking, effective volunteer referral principles, crucial training for the volunteer management sector, mentoring for success, and effective advocacy, placing them in demand as frequent guest speakers at various events. Gain benefit from their knowledge at your next event.

  • $300 inc GST per speaker, per engagement

Volunteer Information Records Administrator (VIRA):

User-friendly volunteer management tool allowing volunteer involving agency coordinators to record volunteers’ personal details, contribution in hours and services provided, recognition, reimbursement and training undertaken. Information may be recorded and reports output daily, weekly or monthly, depending on preference. It is useful for internal and external engagement with management committees, funding submissions, agency strategic planning and funding-body feedback.

  • $55 inc. GST for members
  • $77 inc. GST for non-members
